We are manufacturers and importers of fine diamond jewellery. See our sparkling range of natural gemstone rings and jewellery in either 18 carat or 9 carat gold.

After a break in where my Gran's vintage engagement ring was stolen, Clarke The Jeweller were very helpful and generous during what became a complicated insurance claim. Wonderful customer service during a difficult time. Thank you so much, I will not forget what you did for me.

My fiance and I just bought our wedding rings from Clarke the Jeweller! The service was amazing and the whole experience was really relaxing and fun. I 100% recommend a visit here if you are in need of jewellery

I would rate it zero stars if I could. We got the engagement ring and our wedding bands from here. I had to go back multiple times because they kept getting my ring size wrong. The first time I went in to try it on, we were told that my finger may have been swollen on the day we tried it on originally it was 2.5 sizes too big. Further, they had the audacity to call me up a month after our wedding to tell us they they made a mistake and forgot to charge us for one of the rings the cheaper silver band which probably only cost them $10 and asked for my credit card details to charge the quoted $140 to it. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, not to mention the lack of respect calling 3 times in a row while we were overseas on our honeymoon.

Went to Rundle mall to look for wedding rings. Had been into 3 different jewellers, where the service had been terrible, then we found Clarke the jeweller . Mina couldn't do enough to help us. Listened to our brief description and then was able to show us pretty much the perfect rings for us.  Would highly recommend this store.  Beautiful jewelry and wonderful, friendly staff.  Management should be very proud of their staff.  Thank you

They have the friendliest and most helpful staff at the city store! Very knowledgeable, not pushy at all, great range and were able to resize my fiances ring in a couple of hours so we could take it home that same day! Would highly recommend!
