The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help my girlfriend find a wig that not only looked gorgeous and suited her face but also suggested a colour that complimented her skin tone. I cannot recommend Bonnie Wigs enough......absolute pleasure the whole time we were there
When i arrived i felt self consious distressed at needing to look at wigs as a result if loosing my beautiful thick hair from Chemo. I left feeling like a million dollars.The staff are absolutely wonderful,patient and very caring.There is a wonderful range of wigs to choose from. Many many thanks Rebecca

I went into the store before I started my chemo journey. I was served by a lady I will not name who was very nice to me throughout the whole emotional morning. Unfortunately, she took advantage of my emotions and talked me in to purchasing a wig I wasn't really happy about. She wouldn't listen to what I wanted, but kept finding wigs she wanted me to try. I didn't like the colour, but she told me that it was very close to my own hair colour. The cut was the biggest problem I had with it though, but as I sat there she kept brushing and moving it, so I caved and bought it. Chemo came, took my hair and guess what.....my wig is too big, she played with it so much that I never realised how it moved. So now I'm out of pocket, a wig I can't wear and to top it off, they never honoured the $85 voucher from the hospital. I dont have the energy to fight, but hopefully my review may help someone else from being ripped off. Stay away! Its not worth it!

The happiest time I had with Anna. Yes it is daunting on the new news of your loss of hair. Anna suited me my wig and my husband and sister just love this new look alike of my own hair. Well I do too. Thanks, Anna and it's a team, so thanks for the confidence and my new learning experience. Will come back for refresher reminders since all new.
Right place to go when you have hair needs. My confidence was low and I just want to feel like a woman again. Customer service is absolutely brilliant. wigs were tried on and you are the centre of attention and made to feel so content. I have 3 wigs in total and will return for more. I walked away with a new found confidence. Bonnie wigs is the place to go.
Anna and the team are pro's when it comes to matching you with a wig that looks and feels like you. The process was quick and easy and I was delighted that there were so many options to choose from that suited me in both in colour and style. Anna was an absolute delight and made the experience a memorable one. Thank you Anna, you are a gem.
