Great place to shop for watch

Very poor service, bought a watch that failed, and was lots 10 to 12 weeks to repair. This was a birthday gift. Very unhelpful. Even asked for consumer protection as under 3 months. Was told non. Now investigating direct.

My partner purchased a engagement ring from this store while we were on holidays in Adelaide for a few days. Gabriella went above and beyond to help him. Had the ring resized and sent to him at our home in Victoria not one single issue!! Ring arrived on earlier then expected. I couldnt be more happy!
