CityFitness has consistently shown a lack of empathy and professionalism. When my wife passed away, they continued charging her membership and sending insensitive emails, making an already devastating time worse.nnMost recently, after publicly humiliating my 12-year-old son and me over his age, instead of handling the situation with respect, they’ve now gone ahead and canceled my membership entirely. This decision speaks volumes about their priorities—they’d rather silence dissatisfied members than take accountability for their actions.nnIf you’re looking for a gym that values community and compassion, look elsewhere.

Good clean gym. Plenty of equipment, good classes

Excellent place, plenty of space, plenty of equipment, great tasting water

Great place. Heaps of equipment. If you want quiet hours, go after 7am when all the early risers finish, or after 9am… or 11am before lunch.. school holidays it gets packed with kids.

My favourite CityFitness gym so far. It's big, clean and tidy.
