Jeff and the team at Studio 41 are amazing. They have turned my life around. Their approach and professionalism to weight loss and training for me has been so inpsiring. I have lost 32 lbs and 28 Inches and 3 dress sizes. I would recommend Studio 41 to people who are determined to change their lives and are looking for a superior class of support

Jeff is the only qualified MAT therapist in New Zealand. After having some MAT my lower back has pain has completely cleared up. I'm now using Studio 41's training services to improve my strength to help prevent my pain coming back in the future. The studio is very well equipped and the changing rooms are excellent. I'd recommend Studio 41 to people who are looking for a higher class of gym experience.
