City Heart Medical is really good, everyone there is really kind and helpful.
Central to the CBD Quick and convenient if you are in the city. Lots of GP'S to choose from. Friendly staff and great customer service. AFS pharmacy is on entry.
Doctors are amazing! Reception is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Always under staffed, half of the staff don’t know what they need to do or how to do it, the staff will answer the phone while you’re speaking to them at the desk, if you try to call the practice, you’re lucky to be answered within 15 minutes. Ridiculous
Good doctors, but let down by not being able to access appointment. Definitely need to do something about their phone system. Told the calls goes into cyber space. They definitely must be losing a lot of patients.
Never have to wait too long to be served by the excellent reception staff and I am told up front if there is a wait before I see my doctor. Both my father and myself have been going to this medical centre for years and have never encountered any problems as described by the other reviewers.
FANTASTIC choice of doctors at this surgery. The receptionists Maxine, Jean and Janelle are always ready to help and nothing is ever to much for them. You cannot forget about the nurses there either. Just lovely people to deal with.
Professional and helpful staff took great care of my son on a recent holiday, the doctor we saw was compassionate and very understanding. Thank you so much for all your care.
One doctor available on a Saturday morning.. 1.5 to 2 hour wait ! Don’t people get sick on weekends?
I find the receptionists to be quite rude every single time I call to make an appointment, for myself or a member of my family. When I have a question, I'm left feeling like I've annoyed them for asking. I absolutely hate having to talk to them to make an appointment. If I didn't like seeing the doctor I go to I would definitely go else where. The receptionists are definitely a let down for this practice.
I’m sorry but I will never return make me wait 50 minutes then charge me $79 to find out test results were I was told I wouldn’t be charged before I went in. My first visit i waited 35 minutes but was there for a hour and 35 and no one went in or out of that particular doctor for that whole time
