I have been going to Imbina Medical Center for a long time. I found the doctor Shamshad Begum. she is very cordial, caring, and supportive. She treated me as a friend, not a patient. All staffs are good.

Pleasant Reception. Competent Doctor, but extremely disappointed he did not listen to his patient. Waste of both his and my time. My nurse wife had a similar experience relating to her severe back pain at this practice as well which I witnessed and she decided to seek medical advice elsewhere as a result of which I plan to follow the same action after today.I have had one sick day in like 5 years and was suffering from extreme fatigue and minor gastro symptoms due to extenuating circumstances at home that the Doctor failed to note at all. Very Poor bedside manner. I Felt zero empathy and was treated just like a number to quickly fill a quota after 10 minutes of being seen tbh . Gave me a medical certificate  which would not been Required by my employer due to my outstanding attendance history/sick leave available . I Was requesting no weekend work for 2 days to allow my employer time to fill my spot ahead of time. …Not a certificate for my shift today which I am required to attend and for an Availability/RDO on Friday. Learn to listen please. Unacceptable and Disappointing Service

I an so grateful for this medical practice, especially Dr Zaman. This is the first Dr to actually listen and help me and my family. The office staff are lovely and always helpful. I can't recommend this practice enough.

Very thorough Dr. Has done wonders for my partner and has always seen my little girls on short notice. The reception team are always polite and helpful.

Been seeing this center for over 18months, I mainly see Dr Zaman mostly and everytime he is caring and genuine and takes time to address my health concerns. I have had not good health for over a year and he always knows how to address my concerns... thank you

Have been using this practice for 7yrs now good doctors friendly staff and good nurses sounds like a no brainer!

Will never return here. After waiting an hour in the waiting room for my appointment, i finally get into the doctor, she was so bloody rude! & didn’t even help with what i went in for.

Always welcoming and great staff Dr Zaman and Dr Sassi always  help and explain anything we come in for. Drs and  Nurses are great with kids
