The team at City Fertility are beyond amazing! My husband and I are so grateful for all the help and support through our fertility journey and all our ups and downs. Very professional, amazing communication, kind and supportive staff. We're so happy our little embryos are being cared for by the most incredible team
Friendly and efficient staff, felt very well supported throughout my fertility journey. Staff would always call and check in and very professional. Clinic is very clean and hygenic and I would recommend CFC to anyone considering the fertility journey.
Shop around they put their prices up every year even for exisiting clients cycles and none of there departments communicate so you will need to micromanage yourself makes it very stressful. It took me 14 days 3 emails and my Dr escalating it twice to get a response from the management team when there was a major issue. A very unprofessional set up their internal processes need a total overhaul. More money orientated than patient focused it seems.
Excellent service. Staff are exceptional they go above and beyond to help you. Highly recommend.
