The sign says : Worlds Best Cheesecake. 100% correct. I’ve tried a million times to get the recipe but the dear old lady that makes it guards it like a state secret. If you want your mind blown, go try some. Oh and they make nice coffee and phenomenal salads. Too many nice things, too little time to review.

Good little cafe located on the corner. There is some outdoor seating and dogs are very welcome. The staff can be quite friendly, but if it's busy they're very cold and dismissive. The prepared food is pretty good, and the deserts can be fresh, but most of the time they're not made the same day. The freshly squeezed juice is popular on hot days. The coffee is good, but not that consistent as there is more than one person making coffee: they took this comment as an offense and purposely make me over sweet bitter coffee now, so stars have reduced. There is Wi-Fi access and table service. Pretty small space, so not good for large groups. Parking is practically non existent.

Shocker. Served me cows milk when I asked multiple times for almond milk. With allergies and intolerances so prevalent these days it's quite concerning that so little care was taken to ensure that a request was fulfilled - it's actually quite dangerous. Service was totally ambivalent and coffee itself average. Don't bother - there are plenty of other great Balmain coffee shops to go to.
