Lovely carers, very well trained , and genuine caregivers in a difficult industry.

On Monday my friend was transferred from Maryborough Hospital for admission into Fair Haven.  I cannot thank the staff, administration Kylie, Emma and Geoff especially for getting us through the paperwork side of things.  My friend was as expected stressed by all the changes but Michelle the RN on duty was amazing in every way. While I was helping to settle my friend into her room she was visited by carers, laundry staff, kitchen staff, maintenance staff and I think a few other people all coming in with a gentle smiling face and welcoming personality.  The property is all ground level, parking is easy and it is easy to locate. I have found it to be quiet when visiting. The staff have already got my friend involved in activities.nFair Haven gets 5 stars from me, I am so thankful my friend is with you. I can't imagine her being anywhere else that could be better. Extremely happy with Fair Haven. Mum has been there since mid June and has settled well and getting stronger every day. Staff are brilliant. Carers, kitchen, laundry, cleaning and admin. Friendly and helpful . I call in everyday at different times.  Meals are all delicious. I taste everything. Family from Melbourne are up visiting and they too love the place . Thankyou so much to all involved in mums care, you are all greatly appreciated.

Loving and caring staff that take extremely good care of my mother. The staff always let me know when I arrive how mum is and any concerns about her eating habits. They have been fantastic since my brother passed away in the support and understanding of this difficult time for mum .

My husband was living at Fairhaven and passed away in the last year.nI have since been invited to a memorial service at the Care Home for him and also recently received a lovely hand made card with a beautiful message and a picture of a car.nMy husband, Don, loved cars so I was immensely touched.nThank you everyone at Fairhaven for the good service Don received during his stay and for the touching gestures afterwards.
