Since COVID started, their lobster prices have gone down but their salmon sashimi price has increased.
Had a great time at the sydney fish market but I feel by far Christie's offered the best price/quality for oysters and sea urchin compared to the other shops when we visited. No frills, quick service -- if you want freshest sea urchin / oysters and don't want to fork too $$$$, come to the Sydney fish market and visit Christie's!
Stars only for the oyster. They are best in the market, because it clearly mention where the oyster come from. Also, the variety is 2 more than other shops. The price is similar all shops in the market, and the oyster is good quality. Tuna also fine here, at least its fresh.
I'd give them a B+ for theit creative take on the sushi doughnut!
Worst oysters & prawns I’ve ever tasted in my life! Not fresh, inedible, overpriced.
