Chong Co Thai Restaurant

Stumbled across this place last minute looking for a quick food option. We where definitely not disappointed by the food which was presented. Good sized servings, fresh food and the meals came out quickly. Unfortunately the staff member who served us seamed to be new and inexperienced. She seamed lost and confused when we asked for a bottle of water for the table. We eventually helped our self to water and the drinks that we ordered.

Friendly staff, quick service, tasty Thai food with quick lunch deals. Regular place for lunch during the week.

Great place for lunch. They have a $12.90 special which includes decent if not large serving plus choice of drink plus spring roll and curry puff entre. Service is generally fast although once or twice it was slow. The staff are courteous. One thing I don't like is the additional charge for credit card and even debit card l when less than $20. I hope they fix that otherwise a great place.

Do yourselves a favour and don't order from this place! Total waste of time & we're left hungry!! An hour estimated wait after ordering but when the driver had collected the food over 30 minutes ago we finally called and sorted a refund for the delay & cold food -they said we would expect the food in another 5 mins. We didn't even receive the food & had to call menulog to have the issue addressed -and when this place was questioned about the whole ordeal they then lied! At 10pm we have had to go to Maccas

Delicious food! Going off other reviews here, didn't expect much but was very pleasantly surprised. Ordered the BBQ lamb, red curry and Thai fried rice - can't say which was one was the best, they were all amazing!

The food was okay, portion sizes where quite small compared to your average Thai restaurant. I would have expected that the Asian vegetables would have been 'Asian greens' as opposed to carrots, celery and green beans. Overall it was still a nice meal.

Terrible. Usally I would just eat an average meal and not purchase again. This time I had to call up for a refund and leave a review. Spring rolls were soggy and chicken pad thai tasted like fish. Satay chicken was inedible. Love thai, but not from this place. Very very poor.

I asked for peanut free and it was delivered with peanuts. I called the restaurant and they told me I should have said 'no peanuts' instead of 'peanut free'. They said they didnt understand what I meant by peanut free. I mentioned they should have called if there was confusion. they said they did call, but I never received a missed call.They were not apologetic at all. Won't be buying from them again.

Food was excellent however there is no bathroom on-site. Had to cross the road and use the bathroom near kmart. Also they're not licensed. Service was good

Always lovely service and the food is never less than delightful. The fried tofu and the red duck curry are especially good.
