I could not be more pleased with the exemplary customer service provided by Abby. I originally purchased the Majestic 7 ensemble and unfortunately there was a bit of an issue with the mattress and base even though delivery was very speedy. However, after explaining the issues to Abby I was able to exchange it for a new ensemble that better suits my needs. Abby listened to my concerns, took the time to go through all the available options thoroughly, followed up on my numerous queries and helped me to choose a new ensemble which Im now very happy with. I was really surprised by how fast the delivery time was and the price was great. Thanks Abby! Im now looking forward too much better sleep.

After two unsuccessful attempts at getting the most comfortable and supportive bed, we have finally found it!  After listening to our story and finding out what we were looking for, we were given a few different options and chose the Cloud 9 Premier Luxe King mattress for a great price and we couldn't be happier! The staff were very helpful and friendly and not pushy at all and our mattress and new bed arrived on time as promised.  Fantastic service and quality products. Highly recommend.

Staff were very friendly and easy to work with. Bed took a few night to get used to but we love it. Bed is comfy and squishy and great price.
