I have never seen such a disgraceful, messy, unsafe store. Products are literally all over the floor - it looks like someone has robbed the place. Kitchen utensils for sale were dirty and dusty, and nothing is in the correct spot. We walked straight back out. Management need to do something urgently before a customer or team member slips or trips and injures themselves.

From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm and genuine welcome, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit.nI was looking for specific materials for a project and wasn’t entirely sure what I needed, but one of the staff members took the time to listen carefully and understand exactly what I was trying to achieve. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and enthusiastic, offering helpful suggestions and alternatives that I hadn’t even considered. It never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience—quite the opposite. They made me feel valued as a customer.nWhat stood out the most was their willingness to go above and beyond. They checked stock availability, walked me through different sections of the store, and even gave me tips on how to use the products effectively. That level of care and attention is rare these days and truly made a difference.nI left the store not only with everything I needed but also feeling confident and inspired to start my project. I highly recommend Spotlight to anyone looking for quality products and, more importantly, amazing customer service. I will definitely be returning!

I gave 5 stars for Rachel. I did not realise she was finished for the day, but she stayed back and helped me find the right fabric. I wasn't aware Rachel had finished her shift. Very very helpful. Thanks a lot
I was very disappointed with the customer service at the Roxburgh Park store this morning.nI inquired about a “plastic table roll,” which showed as in stock online at this location. However, I could not find it on the shelf. When I asked the staff member at the counter for assistance, she did not seem willing to help or check availability in-store or at other locations. She simply stated that she would update the stock availability online.nAs I walked past, I heard her laugh and say, “I don’t have any roll,” which I found unprofessional and discourteous.nI have visited the Roxburgh Park store many times, as it is my closest location, and I have never had such a negative customer experience before. I hope this matter is addressed and that staff receive further training to provide more helpful and respectful customer service in the future.
