Was told 20 minutes. Arrived at 25 just to be safe. A little while later while waiting in their fine establishment I decided to quickly duck off to the 90 mile and caught some flake. On the way home I also did a round trip for some Thorpy spuds. By the time I’d got back, prepped the fish, peeled the spuds and threw them all in their fryers to speed up the process I’d gotten my food 57 minutes after ordering!nnIn all seriousness though, the food was soggy, soft and rubbery. Absolutely flabbergasted!nWould not recommend!!!
Quality can be random. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes, not so much. Each time I go there they seem to have different people working there. So maybe that explains the varying quality.nnHamburger that I got recently was rubbery, burnt egg and hard bacon. The next one was a lot better.nnOh, they’re cash-only. Whether or not that’s a plus is up to the customers, I guess.
Been there previously and they were okay. But! Terrible! Warning! Warning! Warning! Last nightnThe worst fish & Chips I have ever had. The flake was like yellow cardboard, burnt around the edges, surrounded by at least 3 cms of thick greasy batter. The chips were so minimal to be almost non-existant. The potato cakes were slivers of potato encased in thick indigestible batter. I recommend you go elsewhere. Don't waste your money on such indigestible, revolting... you cannot call it food it was garbage.
Absolutely disgusting- steak sandwich - the worst I’ve ever eaten. The steak was like hard rubber and inedible. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. Obviously new owner needs to address who his/her supplier is. Needs to address this if they want to build their business. The potato cakes also were sub standard. Owner needs to lift his game
$13 chips got to be joking more like $6 they do it all the time never going back there again rip off
