We were heading back to Melb when we stopped at KFC Traralgon. The food was as good as usual and I was satisfied. Although, I realised there wasn't No Sugar Frozen Coke. McDonalds has it available as always for people like me who have dietary requirements but KFC doesn't include it on the menu. I was upset that KFC didn't care as much for people who have dietary restrictions. That's a suggestion I think would be helpful to the community.
Consistently, the store seems unable to get orders correct, and the quality is poor at best.nHave had poor experiences here repeatedly, but convenient location meens keep giving it a go.nEvery time , I regretted doing so honestly yet to have any meal here, not be missing something, falling apart, or extended delays without any real communication.nSat in store once watching as customer after customer came in after drive through to say something wasn't right.nReally hope they can get more resources for additional staff and improved training/equipment
Today we were moving from Melbourne to Sydney and passed KFC for lunch. We forgot a black backpack. It contained passports, bank cards, cash and important documents for everyone in our family. We were gone for an hour before we remembered and tried to go back and look for it. Thanks to the KFC staff for keeping it safe for us. Thank you very much
What a cluster cluck this joint is, filthy premises, useless manager putting junior staff under pressure with her incompetence. No stock of anything other than chips and a few chicken options, to be avoided at all cost.
Under staff. A very busy place with 2 staff to serve at the counter. They were extremely busy yet were trying to do the best customer service unfortunately our chicken was way under cooked. Was showing how busy they were to get people out. This was the first time we were served with under cooked chicken at any KFC . Didn't complain as felt bad for the staff.
