This was the best KFC experience we have ever had. We're from Melbourne and KFC here is usually a pretty sorry state. We were in Traralgon for a funeral and after a very long day we needed something quick and easy for dinner. The employees were so thorough and kind, service was very fast and the food was hot and delicious. Everyone who ate it commented on how its the best KFC they have ever had.
Took forever to be served, yet saw 2 cars go threw drive through that came after me. Then was told the combo I wanted was not available due to new owners, as they don't do that now. Then got given wings with to many feathers to eat. Not happy at all
Recently stopped in here to get a couple snack items to eat. Found the store to be relatively clean and tidy. The service was good and friendly enough. The only downfall was that one item I ordered was a Go Bucket of Popcorn Chicken. I expected this to be full with popcorn chicken but actually found that this was only half full with chicken and the rest was filled with chips! Expected to get what I paid for. Staff should be paying better attention to what people are ordering and making sure that what is given is correct. Plus that all team members are doing their job properly, as had seen one young guy not working too hard behind the counter!
Tried using the app for the Christmas in July deals but nothing works. Different accounts, phones and payment methods, nothing works. Big up the manager at kfc in Traralgon that has punched in the deals on the screen for me. Love and appreciate the help, unreal service and the food was lovely too!
Walked in to place 2 orders for chicken and chips. Asked for directions to the restrooms and hence, made my way there. I was surprised to find that there is a Unisex toilet with changing facilities for parents and opposite this, a door to the Men’s toilets. NO Female toilets!!! The Woke movement is well and truly here, very disappointing. It would appear that females no longer have a right to their own restrooms but must share what is available. . I questioned this at the counter and was informed that it’s KFC’s decision to have that “set up”. This is so wrong on many levels.nDid not use the restrooms due to not feeling comfortable. I wonder how many other women feel the same.nnBy the way our order of fries was good but the chicken’s skin had fallen off and the box was a mess of chicken and skin.nnNo more stopping at this KFC.
