Traralgon Hotspot is a family operated Fish & Chips shop. We use the best and freshest ingredients that is available on the market. Our Fish is freshly hand cut and is supplied by the local Seafood Distributor. There is variety of Hot Food ranging from Homemade Burgers, Souvlaki, Deep Fried Mars Bars, and Homemade Potato Cakes. We also provide customer with our Money Saver Value Packs. Home Delivery is Available 7 Days a Week from Morning. EFTPOS is available in-store and delivery. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the prawns they’ve been marinated in garlic and the crumb coat is light and crunchy!  We only got mixed seafood prawns, scallop, crab stick with onion rings. The scallops and crab stick were also surprisingly well done.  We would never give this a miss if we ever drive by Traralgon.

Service 11/10, Food 11/10, Positive and welcoming environment 11/10. Hot spot has been there for us for the better part of a decade and throughout that time we feel as if we are family with them. Lovely service always with a smile and the staff have such a positive energy. I wish the staff all the best in maintaining such a great restaurant.

Go here occasionally for whatever food I'm in the mood for. This day wanted a couple of steak sandwiches and they were very nice which was just as well as I paid $10 each which is pricey. Staff nice. Food variety good.

INEDIBLE!!!!!! the fish was off, grey and dry. the chips were cold. and the potato cakes had practically no potato. the oil was so old and dark.

Hotspot once the best fish n chip shop is not the quality for price it once was. Flake was dry and there's no golden crunchy batter just a thin layer of brown coating , croquets were a burnt squished mess, crab sticks were bready and the chips were a mere handful of dry unsatisfying chips. Not worth it and disappointing I use to love hotspot now I remember why I stopped going, I switched to chippers and chomps but sadly they were closed tonight best in town I say and tonight confirmed that... should have got pizza

Really nice! Generous portions and the batter is so crispy.  Definitely will come here again.

The worst fish I’ve ever eaten. I had to throw the piece of dead rubber in the bin due to it being in eatable.
