Chipmunks Playland and Cafe in Lyall Bay is one of the few kids' play areas, which is open past 4 in a weekend. This is a huge bonus for us as our little man has a longer nap during the day in the weekend, so it is often up until 7pm or even 8pm dependant on previous days' activities. The play area itself is great for little ones who like to explore from slides of all sizes, interactive screens, ball pits, kids Rollercoaster, and more. There is enough to keep the kids entertained for hours. Chipmunks also offers an array of food to cater to all needs, including the stock standard chicken nuggets and chips but also pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, and more. I would highly recommend bringing your little or not so little ones down to Chipmunks in Lyall Bay.
A good place to take the children for a couple of hours and let them loose. The staff are friendly and helpful and the menu is good. It is a pretty good venue for children's parties. Limited in options for food for the parties, which is a shame when the platter options for the parents are so fantastic.
So much fun here. Great experience for the kids. Great amenities and very safe. We've been here twice and thinking about buying multi-trips as we love this place a lot! Well worth a visit.
Overpriced, nobody watching or monitoring any areas especially the younger areas, big kids just come and as they please then knock the little ones over, or push them out of the way. I suspect these r kids that have been dropped off while the parents shop but not one staff member is supervising, more like paying customers parents r supervising these unattended kids. Also be great if your 2-5yrs had a lockable gate so kids don't run from area to area, instead older ones just climb through it. Less tables would also allow more space for kids to move around without knocking someone else over. Way over priced for what it is
A very clean tidy and fun place to take the kids. Lots of different spaces for the kids to play in from the jumpy slide to the large climbing frames. There were only a dozen or so kids here when we went after a visit to the outlet village but it was plenty of fun for a couple of hours.
It was okay although I didint like how people can just drop&shop and u should have a lockible gate for the 2/5Yr old area because the big kids just go in there and push the little ones out. My sister was in there yesterday and this like 8yr came and pushed her off what she was on. No staff was supervising anything. I don't know if I would come back
Grandchildren had a ball! Lots to do for the kids. Staff were attentive, pleasant and helpful. Great cafe for eats while your littlies play
Great place for kids to burn off some energy. The inflatable slide is always a favorite for the kids. Adults have a good place to just sit drink a beverage and watch your kids
Wow as parents we have been to many play places but this one takes the top spot! Amazing! It has so much to offer for children and everything is so clean. Well Done!
Was okay apart from many people including my self had gone and told staff memeber s that a child had peed on playground but took while b4 cleaned after how many kids walk in it parents with kids walked n it was packed and there was piddle on the Playland
