I’m so annoyed I bought some reading glasses this morning put them on and realised they had no magnification so I returned them with the recto swap for sme ones but +1nThey would not refund because the packaging had shitty tape on them but that’s how I bought them. I’m not a liar and I returned them within a few hours. Shit service! Won’t go there again!

Extremely rude staff. Wanted to exchange an unopened set of inner soles that were too small. The girl started off the conversation by saying 'Well when did you buy it?'. Since receipt is now emailed I needed to find it and prove to her it was only 3 days earlier. She then announced 'Well if it was longer than 7 days I wouldn't exchange it for you.' I think Australian Consumer Law would feel differently about this. This initial interaction and her sour attitude thereafter made me feel like I was doing something wrong and completely ruined any thin veil of customer service that this store purports to advertise. Definitely will give this store a wide berth in future.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICEnyoung good looking blonde boy served me with a handsome smile and took care of my every need, I recall his name tag was Isiah or something I believe but seriously this kid is special he needs a raise or something honestly I've never had any service like this before please if you visit here and want an out of this world customer service experience pay a visit to Isiah he will honestly change your life. ps if you have any spare change Isiah absolutely deserves it in my opinion never had any service like this

Click and collect,  was a breeze. Often if not in stock the place you wish to order from will search and support. Very positive.

ABSOLUTELY APPALED.nnI was sent in the wrong place 3 times for almost half an hour to find out half of them werent even in stocknOne of which was a private item which was then asked for loudly several times in the ear of people then discussed among staff and yelled across the counter. Im beyond disgusted.
