Funny store to get to, either park underneath and walk up to front entrance or there's parks over the road, there is a crossing near the front entrance but either is not great for those who are not steady on their feet.nWell stocked clean store with helpful staff. Competitively priced.
Young guy at the cash registers didn't know how to do zip pay, he got angry and started tossing things around then asked me to move on to the next register, who was busy serving someone else. So I'm standing there waiting then he asked another co worker did they know how to do zip pay. She come over and served me at a different register with attitude. I said Don't you just scan the bar code . With her attitude says no you have to put the number in. OK so I did., no problem. I then said to her could you show Mr grumpy how to use Zip pay. She turns and said Don't call him that or you won't be allowed back in the store.nOMG I was joking. As I told her.nI will not ever go back there as there are plenty of other chemist around with FRIENDLY STAFF.nWhy are your register staff so angry?
On the plus side, some of the prices are good but make sure you know your prices and they are not all cheap if price is important to you. Additionally, I have told the staff on numerous occasions about my concessions and rarely are they applied. My new place has it in the computer and they NEVER make a mistake.nMy biggest beef is being treated like a complete non entity. Never have I come across more dismissive behaviour generally from the incidental staff and especially at the cash checkout.nAgain today, kept talking to their colleague, no receipt, offer of bag, no interaction with me what so ever. I have had it and will never darken Satan's Lair again!nTo top it off the car park reeked of urine.
Do not go here if you are wanting help for you child. I went in asking for a cream that can stop my child scratching her skin she has eczema. I was told because she is under 2 there isn’t anything they can do to help me and to see her doctor. I can’t get to see her dr for a few more days. I was told just to moisturise her skin I already do that multiple times per day. I went to another chemist who helped me and gave me a cream to help ease her discomfort until she saw a dr. Surprise surprise chemist warehouse sell it. This is not the first occasion. Every time I buy something off the shelf and ask for a kindy label I have to fight to get it put on. Even something as simple as nappy rash cream. I was asked what the dr said?! They also falsely advertise deals. Had a makeup deal and when I went to get the gift with purchase they didn’t have any and didn’t know what it was. They still had all the signs up and didn’t understand why this was false advertisement. Honestly the worst run chemist I have been to.
Don't just Don't! I rang to make sure they had my meds. Yes so went and waited 45 minutes to be told they didn't have it. My other prescription was presented to me in 5 x the strength prescribed. Hopelessly and dangerously inept. Go elsewhere. If you can't check your medication carefully.
