Not only an access, OH&S issue but the demographic around this store is an aged population for whom this is dangerous. If they do not care about that do they even care for their own staffs safety with aisles clogged with boxes and not meeting minimum thoroughfare standards.nApparently there was no manager on duty to talk with but the person in charge who was not in, ‘Tony’ was unreachable.nNeedless to say the $120 worth of items I was planning to buy were not purchased.nUnacceptable - do not shop here!
The music is too loud for a chemist warehouse. My experience most often has been time consuming, thus my rating reflects poor staffing or whatever that makes it not so pleasant. At least they should have proper staffed during peak hours. So, if you want people waiting for long, be nice about being noisy at a minimum.
I am outraged by the incompetent service at Chemist Warehouse!nnThe dark-skinned female retailer refused our refund for an unopenes box of cream that does not fit it's intended purpose. This incident claims completely unprofessionalism and ignorance of the return policy. She also started to yell at me when I tried to bring it to the store manager.nnA formal complaint has been filed, and I urge anyone else mistreated to do the same. Take the employee's name, go to the Official Chemist Warehouse website, do a feedback and select 'store complaint' and let them know this is unacceptable. Don't let them get away with it!!!!!!!!!!nnI will update the process of complaint and hope everyone would have a nice day
Highly not recommended at this particular store. Milleara Shopping Centre Keilor East.nStaff do not understand when they are at fault with customer issues & will go round & round in circles to make you look the one in the wrong.nVery frustrating people & I will never be going back there.nTo make things more frustrating they rarely answer their phone.nI have never had to put up with such bad customer service at any other Chemist Warehouse. The manager needs training.nI would’ve given zero stars if I could.nThey do not look after their customers.nWorst Chemist Warehouse in the whole of Australia
A pharmacist there named Francis was really thorough with his explanation regarding the context behind my mum's medical scenario. His patience and willingness to answer questions to reassure my mum despite the late hours showed that there are staff here who go above and beyond for those in need of treatmentnnThanks again!
