Went in for stat dec. Pharmacist told us four to wait 30 minutes. Waited over an hour without complaining. Followed up. Reached 2 hours. Lady pharmacist left without saying anything. The remaining pharmacist told us they couldn't ever serve us if there are scripts being done. Of course people would come in, it's a 24 hour shop. If that were the case they shouldn't accept anything! Zero respect. Zero willingness to remedy the situation except 'would you be willing to wait another hour' - which is flawed considering apparently it won't get dine as long as another script arrives! Writing a review for each of my family members that was disregarded and inconvenienced.

Best Chemist in the area and possibly globally. Excellent customer service from not only the shop assistant but the pharmacists Francis. Exceptional service and extremely knowledgeable across a breadth of products and symptoms. A true testament to the profession.

The pharmacist behind the counter tonight is a disgusting human 28/10 2:40AM. I would give you his name but he wasn’t in uniform, and also was smoking before dispensing my medication and didn’t wash his hands. Besides that he discriminated against me because I’m sick and assumes I’m contagious because I’m getting medication, I had to explain to him I’m not which I shouldn’t have to because it’s none of his business. He then refused to give me my medication and then kicked me out. His reasoning… because I was rude. I WAS RUDE BECAUSE HE WAS KICKING ME OUT AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MEDICATION! Apparently me bringing to his attention that his behaviour and comments towards me is considered discrimination was rude. I then sent my husband to get the medication and when he recognised the script again refused to serve my husband because I was rude, again.. RUDE AFTER HE TREATED ME POORLY. He stated that it is company policy not to serve or allow anyone who is sick to shop, ITS A CHEMIST! An absoloute joke of a human who does not deserve to withhold a job with your company!!

I have reflux. Because I'm going on holiday for 32 days, I wanted to buy 3 packs of 14 tablets. Not that it's any of their business, but the rude chemist refused to sell me more than 2. I don't appreciate being treated like a criminal because I have a medical condition

This place is a joke. Tony the owner refused to provide a refund on a faulty item because it was open... How else would I know I had a faulty item without opening it? I returned back on the same day with a receipt and after showing the fault to one of the staff members, she told me even though she agreed with me, Tony would not refund my money because the item was open. You are better off driving to a different location, because this Chemist warehouse thinks you have the time to take up to the manufacturer instead of looking after their customers as they should. Too bad I'm just a regular customer that will make no difference to his business. This place deserves to close down for treating customers like second class citizens. Shame on you, Tony. I will never stepping foot there again.

A staff took my paper to be signed. Told me to wait for 30mins? ok, usually it does not take that long but whatever. I waited for 2 hours just for a paper to be signed. They only took notice of me again, when I complained.... Little did I know, the staff who took my paper has already left. When I brought it up, it didn't even take 5 mins for a paper to be signed! That's just poor customer service

Ridiculous service! Very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional pharmacists and staff. Pharmacists Tony in charge and Angela were listed as the pharmacists present and I assume they were the ones who served us. Total lack of respect and manners. I’d be embarrassed to have them as employees.

Worst store no customer service skills in there they speak rudely to you and leave you sitting there wait for ages I suggest people go to another store with better service and product availability. I had to go to there head office to make a complaint as they wouldn’t help me nor their manger which I can’t even be sure he was wasn’t in uniform but he wouldn’t even give their names out for the complaint when asked worst store ever never will I go there again rather drive 30 mins to another one! Just ridiculous

Worst customer service. Asked for help for a particular cream, and the guy told me the aisle. I couldn’t find it, so he was like “guess its not there” instead of trying to help me. I eventually went back and found it. Also, the shelves are never fully stocked, lots of empty shelves.

One of a large chain of stores. Well stocked chemist will reasonably priced items. Good help from staff and pharmacist with appropriate advice. Opening hours are convenient and there is eftpos available. One issue with this chain of stores has been an irritation of mine for many years, of which I have consistently asked staff to remedy or at least report to management, is when a customer is purchasing items at the register the customer cannot see the price of the item scanned by the register. Because the items are only priced on the shelves and individually using barcodes, if the price is scanned incorrectly the customer has no way of knowing until the receipt is printed.
