On the 29/4/26 I went to get my medication. When I came home, I found that I had a box of Panadeine missing. Immediately I called the pharmacy to explain to them what has happened, my docket states I have nine boxes, however there are eight boxes. The pharmacy is insisting they gave me nine. She says it’s on camera, well that’s impossible because I have 8 in my possession!! This is untrue because if there was 9 I would not have called them. Effectively they are saying that I am a liar and a thief , which I take extreme exception to as I definitely do NOT lie or steal!!!nI am extremely angry and I will take the matter further. I suffer from chronic pain and my doctor can only give me so much. This means I will have to try and cope without my medication for a period until the doctor can help me!nI will never ever go to that company again, I have never felt so humiliated, they made me feel like a liar, a thief and a drug addict of which I am neither!!!!!!!!nIF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD

Had good assistance from one of the staff to find what I needed.  The price was reasonable but I checked later and found it could have purchased the item cheaper online.  My advice do your homework before making a purchase

Eugene the main chemist is always ready to help with what ever you need and the female staff are very friendly and funny.

We are grey nomads  and requested a slightly complex dispensing due to bring off grid in the outback for a number of months. The pharmacist refused the double dispensing and did take notice of my story. I went to another pharmacy in SA and they listened to my story, undertook research, and dispensed according to my script and request. My dispensing history shows a number of double dispensing.  Better service next time please.

appalled by the service this morning at chemist warehouse Bairnsdale, I was looking for something in particular which was showing they had on stock three days prior. They had boxes and boxes of stuff so I understood that it would’ve been a hassle collecting it from that however there was no one in the store. I then said to them I can do it via click and collect and I have just received a notification saying my click and collect has been cancelled. I understand this time of year is quite busy however customer service is huge If you’re in a job like that, you should be polite and helpful. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I know that you just need to look up the code and you’ll know exactly which box it is in. The girls took my number and said they would call me when they went through the boxes. Look forward to seeing if that happens.
