Every time I've ever been in, I've been so impressed by the thorough, precise, caring service and advice. Sure they can be busy at times, BUT a busy pharmacy is usually a sign that the public values their service above other local pharmacies. This is a business where your patience is always worth it.

Went into the chemist today to get an antibiotic prescription filled. When the pharmacist called my name to collect my script, he ran me through the details of when to take, with food etc etc and then said “I hope you feel better soon” with a lovely smile. It was so nice to hear someone say something nice like that especially when your feeling miserable and I think that’s the first time I’ve ever heard a doctor or pharmacist say that. Amazing customer service!

I can trust them, they are always helpful and kind, this place makes me happy enough to forget the terrible pharmacy I've been through

Unfriendly staff and I wish I went to a different pharmacy

The only problem I have is that the phones don't work before 8:30 am.

Was in last weekend with a script. They were very busy. The lead pharmacist I believe wearing all black with long wavy blonde hair  met me with a smile, took my paperwork and very politely told me I could not wait inside. When I returned they were even busier. I waited as they missed my script, but efficiently chased it up. In the meantime the pharmacist maintained absolute calm whilst dealing with questions from staff, and at one point, a very difficult customer. She finally rejected her customer's claims, telling her assertively, 'I am not going to tolerate that behaviour'. I have trained staff in customer service for many years in ski resorts, island resorts and now airports. I have seen many people excel, but this pharmacist's skills under pressure were next level.

I had to get a script filled for my wife. Unfortunately the manufacturer had stopped the production of that particular drug for what ever reason. After visiting 2 other chemists in the Bairnsdale area and getting told "we don't have it, sorry" I was told to try Amcal. They didn't have it either but instead of sending me off with no help the chemist, Natasha H. decided to call my doctor in Melbourne. Natasha went out of her way to get an equivalent drug for my wife. That's the kind of service you expect but rarely get. Extremely nice lady and a fantastic chemist.

Needed to purchase a specific high tech healthcare support machine, found the staff well informed about the product, its use & care. Also, there was a broad range of over-the-counter medications & other non-phrarmacy items available.

Didn't have the medication for young girl after surgery in store but arranged for some from the hospital and couriered it to the pharmacy, excellent service thanks Brendon.
