Today I dropped off a script and advised the wait was 30 to 45 minutes Friday afternoon and when I returned 45 mins later, I was advised that the product was not in stock. Just a complete waste of my time. I'm sure they could do better.

I am often okay with the service but i was disappointed with how one of the pharmacist treated us. My family and I had dropped off a script and had been waiting around 30 minutes for the buzzer to go off, usually when i wait for my script the buzzer is broken or doesn’t go off so ill go to the counter after a while and just ask for them check for me if it has been done. After waiting for 30 minutes we decided to check and see if it was done even if the buzzer hadn’t gone off. We were served by this indian lady with shoulder length hair who made it obvious she didn’t want to serve us, she asked us if the buzzer had gone off and i told her not yet, she didn’t bother checking and just told us to keep waiting so we did. Another 15mins go by and the buzzer still hadn’t gone off so we go back to check again, a lovely lady went and checked for us even though the buzzer hadn’t gone off yet which she then came back with the script and said it had been sitting there for a long time.nWasted so much of our time just because she couldn’t be bothered checking even though that’s her job.

Good range.nnVery slow service.nnNot keen on moving things quickly - avoid unless you've got plenty of time to wait for scripts.

So pathetic, rude, unprofessional behaviour of Staff- Nicole. Reflection of racism and discrimination could clearly be observed on her face while dealing with me. People need to know and acknowledge that the real custodians of this land are Aboriginal peoples.Moreover she undermined and underestimated the capabilities of her colleague as well. Better to get retirement instead of spreading toxicity. I would never go again to this pharmacy.

I am absolutely appalled  by the way I was treated by the staff. I was very obviously followed around the store made to feel like a shop lifter even after I spent  $200. What a joke. Never in my life has anyone asked me to check my bag universally. Most definitely woke be going back there ever
