I am absolutely appalled  by the way I was treated by the staff. I was very obviously followed around the store made to feel like a shop lifter even after I spent  $200. What a joke. Never in my life has anyone asked me to check my bag universally. Most definitely woke be going back there ever

So pathetic, rude, unprofessional behaviour of Staff- Nicole. Reflection of racism and discrimination could clearly be observed on her face while dealing with me. People need to know and acknowledge that the real custodians of this land are Aboriginal peoples.Moreover she undermined and underestimated the capabilities of her colleague as well. Better to get retirement instead of spreading toxicity. I would never go again to this pharmacy.

Telling a person off for coughing while on the phone is so rude. It cannot be helped if sick. I called for some information I didn't go to the store but called on the phone! on why a delivery hadn't been delivered and the woman I spoke to was so rude. I just wanted to get some information on what was happening with my order and I felt like she hated speaking with me from the moment she answered the phone. What a horrible impression to give to a customer! Shame on you!

I wish 0 stars was an option.nThe dispensers here are absolutely disgustingly rude as hell. Throwing things around on the counter and huffing like everyone was a burden. If you don't like doing your job or people, pick another profession.

Bordering on useless asked a pharmacist for a spacer mask for a child told to ask staff in the store, they directed me back to the pharmacist. Apparently they don't sell them. Didn't find out til 5 ppl had all directed me in different directions.
