Overall it's pretty good, but I had to go through 4 staff members and line up in two different lines before they were able to help me find what I was looking for. A simple stop there that should've only taken 10 minutes ended up taking almost an hour and a half. The staff are friendly though, nothing against them, I'd just prefer it if they knew the store a bit better.

If you don't want to waste an hour of your life then don't come here!! We will not be back. Absolutely insane I waited one hour to collect my prescription! People who came after me got theirs first and when I asked they kept saying 2 minutes. An hour of my life I wish I could get back.

I went in needing help and was completely ignored by two staff members Bree big girl  and Katieblind girl. I had asked one of the other coworkers for their names and they warned me not to ask them for anything because of this occurrence. Despite clearly asking for assistance, they did not acknowledge me at all and continued talking loudly amongst themselves.nnTheir conversation was unprofessional and inappropriate — I could clearly hear swearing including F-bombs, and it sounded like they were talking about one of their own coworkers. This was happening on the shop floor where customers could easily hear.nnI was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and neither of them made any effort to serve or help me. Customer service was extremely poor and rude. I ended up leaving without being served.nnVery disappointing for a pharmacy where professionalism should be a priority.

I don’t know where to start so many complaints. The workers don’t acknowledge their customers — they just point in a direction with no effort to make eye contact or provide any real service. The staff are so lazy; if you’re just going to sit on the floor and do your work, you might as well get a reception job. Pricing is always wrong, and they never honor it when you bring it up. None of the staff know what they’re doing or talking about, staff is clearly not trained, manager needs to step up her game and hire better staff, maybe she needs training because she never has an answer to questions either. Also This was my second time going into the store for a click-and-collect order, and it still wasn’t ready even though I’d ordered it the day before. Will not be returning

Rude customer service and was more expensive for my script than my own chemist.  I got 2 meds on the pbs which I always pay 7.70 for exact same meds and was charged 11$ for one and 12$ for the other.  Server could not explain why and was not even prepared to try and find out. I will NEVER go there again
