Basically my first visit to this plate. Came in for lunch had the seafood platter with chips and salad and my friend had bacon and egg toasted sandwich. Food was pretty dull looking. The waitress with dark hair wearing reading who took the food to the table , felt like she didn't want to be there she looked unhappy . She was quite abrupt. Definitely a let down . I hope Management is taking on board all this feedback as I've noticed majority of negative feedback is regarding their attitude and customer service.
Excellent Chatterbox Café for snacks & drinks. friendly staff & plenty of comfortable seating to relax. Menu prices are very reasonable. Easy to find Chatterbox inside Toowong Village.
I have visited the Mount Ommaney location previously so I recommended to my friend we try this location for our brunch a couple days ago and we loved it! The staff were really helpful, all the ladies were nice and the food was delivered promptly, it tasted fresh and was filling. I had the salmon eggs Benedict with the Chai Chiller which is now my favourite drink there, and my friend had the Barramundi with chips and salad which was a very generous portion and needed a takeaway container at the end! The view overlooks Toowong Village and the atmosphere is really nice, clean and open spaced, will definitely go back again.
It's not often I get a lime thickshake and have it done perfectly. The menu has something for everyone's tastes and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and the tables are spaced pretty well apart so it's not a tight squeeze. Will definitely have to come back and try more of the menu
Level 3 toowong Village, just under the top ceilings which give the tables natural light. Very nice place, near to the library and not too noisy and spacious. Best spot for a lunch or brunch in the village.
I thought the social media measures here were very good. They actually have the tables far enough apart to feel safe. The chai latte was the first I have had in a long time that wasn't too sweet. My daughter really loved the pancakes although I personally wouldn't use tinned peaches..she enjoyed them anyway. The assistant was busy but kept the tables nice and clean.
Nice cafe. Came here on a Sunday morning and no other cafe’s were open. The French toast was tasty - not too sweet. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Would happily come back again if in Toowong
Service is terrible, the female staff are extremely rude and unfriendly - consistently. An unfortunate let down because the male staff member is very nice. The food and coffee is hit and miss but worth a go. Ambassador coffee is better. Prices are slightly higher than average. Haloumi is usually over cooked and skimps on the hollandaise
Great place for breakfast, the green juice is delicious and the strawberry milkshake is fabulous! Great avo on toast and Eggs Benedict.
Great find and they serve T2!!! Food was good and service pleasant. But best of all they serve the best tea. Teapot great just need the fine China cups rather than the chunky cheap coffee cup.
