***My baby boy born at early October nearly 3 months now. He is a happy healthy boy, eat well, sleep well, poop well. I want to thank you all again. Many appreciates and love from my family to yours. *** when I find out my very first pregnant in my "mature age" i have infinitely clinic taking care of me. when I call to making appointment, KEVIN always there with his very gentle claming voice and always helping me get the best timing for me to my ultrasound check. And KIMAmaybe wrong spelling always very tender and makes me feel relaxing, when she checking my baby she always trying to read all what she see and acknowledge something I don't know, that really makes me feel more secure with Doctor appointments afterwards. and there is a junior passionate Phoebe there also very nice I am now in my 35 weeks, really appreciate having you guys helping us a lot in the journey. THANK YOU SO MUCH everyone.
See update at end of post. Original review: Got the service I booked in for, but the technician was incredibly dismissive of my experience pain, how it was affecting my quality of life. Don't ask the questions, if you're just going to be completely unsympathetic or dismissive, and then say to my face that the doctor will do "maybe nothing" because in their opinion it's not worth bothering about. I sat in the waiting area for the printouts wanting to cry. Would recommend this place only in that they are easy to book into, and run close to time. No other reason. Update: My specialist called the images and report useless poor quality, no detail in report, and I had to have all the imaging redone. Additionally, with the new imaging, I was able to be actually diagnosed and required surgery plus multiple more planned. Your technicians should image, not diagnose, and they couldn't even do the imaging part. Score is altered to reflect this update.
Ken did a morphology scan for me with my 2 year old chatting and watching YouTube in the room - he was very welcoming and accommodating. The admin staff are very friendly and thorough in their communication. Thanks :
Beautiful staff and lovely facilities. Definitely felt taken care of and like a real person here, not just another number. I was nervous going in, but Keema apologies if I spelt that wrong was incredible and quickly helped put me at ease. She answered all of my questions and didn't mind all my nervous consist talking. Images were ready before I was, but I didn't feel rushed in any way. Young man at reception was wonderful - went out of his way to learn my name, was super welcoming to everyone and had everything ready to go for me when I was ready. This team deserves a raise/bonus. Smiles all round
First time parents here for our first ultrasound. Rude and overly cautious staff wouldn’t allow the father who is double vaccinated and wearing a mask attend the ultrasound. I can sit at a restaurant or in a cramped plane, but I can’t sit with my pregnant wife in a medical facility. All these rules are just becoming ridiculous. COVID is never going away but this might be our only child. Thanks for stealing this memory away from us.
I have visited this practice on two occasions. The first occasion for an ultrasound was absolutely wonderful with no problems at all, but the second occasion was the complete opposite and has been such a headache. The second occasion I had gone to get a simple X Ray of my finger. The lady performing the X Ray notified me that there will be no need in giving me the report as she will send it off to my referring specialist. I was hesitant, and asked for a copy of the report from the front desk but they too also advised that there would be no need and as my doctor will receive it. A couple of days later I called the clinic and asked them to send a copy of the report to my GP and the lady who took my call said she would do so. A week and a half later I attend my GP appointment and he informs me that he never received the report. When I called the clinic shortly after, they advised me they hadn't sent it and would do so now. There is absolutely no point of them sending the report AFTER I had attended my appointment. When I returned to the clinic today, I had to deal with an unpleasant encounter with the woman at the front desk. She said "we are human and made a mistake", and "next time check your doctor has the results from us before you make the appointment." How idiotic of a remark. It is an integral part of your job to send results back to the doctors, and your suggestion that I go around double checking you have done your job correctly wastes a lot of people's time if you could just do things correctly the first instance. If my results were urgent, and you had 'made a mistake' and didn't send at all/send successfully then you would be liable. I did not appreciate the woman arguing with my feedback instead of listening to me and using the feedback to improve their practice. There seems to be no official platform to voice a complaint, apart from their email which goes back to the woman I had to deal with in person. Hopefully, voicing my concerns on the Google platform will be of use to the next person. Next time, if a patient is certain they want a copy of their report, do not fob them off and say "no need as your doctor will get it" as this is clearly not always the case. Had I been listened to the first time I asked for a copy, this whole situation would have been avoided.
Had a pregnancy ultrasound conducted by Ken, great experience! I had to bring my 16 month old son with me, he was extremely understanding and made me feel very comfortable! Overall staff are kind and will go out of their way to open every door if you have a pram! Would highly recommend!!!
I came in today to get a breast ultrasound and was amazed by the high level of professionalism carried out from all of the staff here! I told them myself when I left they were the best imaging company I have ever visited. From when I entered they were so organised, efficient, friendly and switched on! Highly recommended! Thank you for such a positive experience guys!!!
