I had an amazing experience at Clinic 66. The team was friendly, welcoming and professional. Dee in particular went out of her way to get me in for an appointment at short notice, which I really appreciate. I felt super comfortable and supported and like I was in very safe hands. It was a very quick and efficient service and all of the doctors and nurses were incredibly kind, caring and competent. Overall a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone.
Got my first hormonal IUD from here. Had a good experience once I was actually at the clinic - my visit went smoothly and everything was handled very professionally. My issue is that there was important information about the operation I was getting that was not communicated when I initially booked the appointment - it's meant to be booked for the first 7 days of the menstrual cycle and as I wasn't told, I didn't book it for this period. They also have a no support people policy and I would have been much less nervous about the procedure had my partner been allowed to come inside with me.
Fantastic experience at clinic 66. There was a bit of hiccup with my appointment initially but the staff resolved it quickly and everything went really well. All the front desk staff, nurses and doctors were so nice and professional. I felt very comfortable about my procedure and everything was explained to me thoroughly. Thank you to all the team.
I was very anxious about getting my first IUD as I am quite sensitive. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this clinic. Dr Osborne is fantastic - highly professional and excellent bedside manner during my awake procedure. Staff are caring and polite. Will be back.
This was my first visit to Clinic 66 and it was an outstanding experience. The staff at reception were friendly and professional. Dr Bower was professional, kind, empathetic and patient. I never felt like the appointment was rushed and I felt like she was genuinely interested in why I had made the appointment. I am not one to go to the Dr's a lot so it was very nice to have such a positive and comfortable experience. Thank you Dr Bower. Helen
My experiences at clinic66 have been nothing but positive. My first experience was when I needed an IUD removed urgently so I could have an MRI. The reception staff were so helpful in fitting me in on the day I rang and the doctor was just lovely. My second experience was to discuss menopause symptoms, again the reception staff were great and the doctor really listened to my needs and offered several treatment options.
Literally leaving the clinic as I write this. I was so nervous for my procedure. The staff is so lovely, friendly, and knowledgeable. I woke up after the procedure not remembering a thing and feeling great! Went into the recovery room for less than an hour and ate some snacks and relaxed before getting my ride home. Far far better than I could’ve ever expected. Glad I chose this clinic
I’ve used Mariestopes in the past and dealt with rudeness and always “no available appointments” finding clinic 66 was a godsend! Truly amazing service every phone call has been received so well, I feel cared for heard and understood. Also the availability is incredible the service is outstanding. Sexual and personal health is uncomfortable but the doctors nurses and reception staff at Clinic 66 are truly the loveliest people you’ll ever deal with. I wish I could give 10 stars! I've been going to clinic 66 for all things girlie/reproductive/sexual - it is the only place I feel comfortable talking about really sensitive, vulnerable things and the best place for pap smears etc. It was a doctor there who gave me a very candid push that if I want children to put some real thought into it now. A few years later, after long term problems with endometriosis, I welcomed twins thanks to that doctor. Forever grateful to Clinic 66 and the team there - from reception, to the doctors, to the people they refer you two - all the care is second to none, genuine and always friendly. Thank you for keeping me healthy and comfortable xx
If I could give Clinic 66 10 stars I would. Dr Karen Osborne is THE best. She is amazing at what she does, is a great communicator and genuinely cares about her patients. She was so thorough and supportive throughout my pregnancy, and her attention to detail helped us diagnose an underlying condition which would otherwise have gone unnoticed for years. I've been to other clinics that charge 3-4 times the price for a far inferior service. Dee, the receptionist, is also so warm and kind, even though it's a busy clinic, you never feel rushed and always feel important. I could not recommend them highly enough.
