This will be my first review and last trip to this restaurant. Although there are many words I can use to describe Charming Spice, I'm going to say this: Charming Spice is horrible. *not even worth 1 star for the 2 hours delay food and poor customer service. Even KFC does a better job, applaud.

Nice food. Great ambience.

We went on lunar new year, waited for like 2 and half hours and didn't even get one dish except for soft drinks. Didn't even inform before that it would take long time. Bad customer service. Didn't get a chance to taste the food so no comments on it.

Love the food here...as good a many other Sichuan restaurants. Check out my Facebook page "Melbourne Sichuan fanatics" for more  cool places to eat.
