Awesome local Thai restaurant that has generous portions, great service, well priced and tasty food! My advice is get the Penang curry... just super awesome! Sitting in the middle of the Spot in Randwick, it has a great vibe and is always full of locals enjoying some local food! Love this place... definitely worth a try!
The food was great, the sitting area is comfortable and the staffs are very friendly.
Wow! They have an absolutely fantastic lunch meal here for $9.90 including a meal, spring roll and drink. The food was a little smaller than other Thai places I have been, but that could just be because of the lunch deal. The great taste definitely makes up for the size!

Food portions are generous and cheap! It is a good lunch deal, but compared to the vast amount of Thai restaurants in Randwick/Kingsford it was good but could be better. A bit more oriented towards the westernised palate
Chao Praya was not the restaurant I will visit again. I had lunch there from the special menu $10 the rice wide noodles with veggies and chilly sauce. There were very little noodles hardly any and the dish was too sweet. The atmosphere was like clostophovic and uncomfortable.
