The shopping centre is OK but it could be more interesting with the inclusion of some additional retail variety stores.

Basic shopping centre with Woolies, chemist, Coffee Club, doctors etc. Ample parking but can get busy at times with undercover being taken up quick and lots of parks full in the afternoons. Post office has moved across the road. There are also charity bins and petrol that takes Woolworths discount on the way out.

Small shopping area for the locals. Pub near by. Amble of parking on site. Caltex fuel station near by.

Smallish shopping centre. Can always get a park  Car park surface needs tlc in some places.

Great place to come and shop. Many different shops around including Woolworths, ocean spa nails, priceline, and many more. The rice guys are awesome!! There's a newsagent tobacconist all at great prices and friendly service with a smile. Worth a look

Handy place for beer, fuel and groceries.

Great place to live. Close to everything.

Great little shopping centre just a couple of kms off the motorway. Great place to stop fill up and grab a bite. Recharge your batteries and off you go.

Good place for a quick shopping visit

Prices are crazy I guess Woolworth Sippy Downs is making more mone than Mountain Creek as Mountain Creek is now cheaper than Sippy Downs its crazy
