Just started looking after our pool. The team at the Buderim store have been exception. Great knowledge and advice. Recently had to replace the 20 year old sand filter. Technician came out a week prior and gave me info. And filter opinions. Technicians had the new filter installed and the old one taken away within a week. Excellent customer service.

I called Dwayne in the office, left a message, and he phoned back straight away. He had us scheduled in to fix the issue a couple of days later, with the part on-hand. Ian came out promptly on the expected morning, replaced the component with no issues, explaining how the old part failed. Both Ian and Dwayne were very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend them anytime.
This poolshop is the best I have ever dealt with. Everyone there will go the extra mile to solve your problem. We also bought a heatpump through this shop and got an extremely competitive quote. Highly recommended!
Customer service has deteriorated so much in the past 6 months. Used to be such a friendly store, what a shame.
