Nice atmosphere and lovely staff but I found the food to be not great, my partner and I read reviews and expected a delicious meal. It was our first time dining at CH James and not sure if we will be back.

While the food and the vibe is incredibly nice, you could easily spend way to much money for a simple meal and coffee.
Takeaway menu is definitely not value for money. Ordered the avo smash and was told it was “like a burger”. Just one piece of toast a fancy egg feta and avo. Not worth $20. Bring back the toasted sandwiches you had during covid.
