Steve was our property manager at Century 21, he was fantastic from day one, took the time to show me the property, not on an inspection day. He always replied to emails and calls. When anything needed fixing it was always done very quickly. Steve was always there to answer any questions. We would recommend Steve and the team at Century 21 to anyone. I have 7 lease experiences with different real estate agencies, &lt;Century 21 Kellyville&gt; is one of the friendliest real estate for sure. Realtor Steve is always being polite and giving good attitude since day 1 and last. Realtor Teddy is also nice and friendly person + he can speak mandarin.  Same the friendly staffs in their office. I made a wrong payment to their account after my lease finished. but the office staff still being the same as good and solve out for me very quickly.  Their office looks quite small but seem to me like a good family in there. Very warm peoples with warm heart that you can easily tell the difference with some other real estate. I have been a tenant with Century 21 Kellyville for coming up 2 years. Steve has been my property manager during this time. In all my years of renting I have never had a property manager who has gone above and beyond like Steve and all the team of century 21. Maintenance requests actioned quickly, receipts issued promptly, calls returned as soon as feasible. After searching for some time and seeing some homes in not so great condition, The home I moved into was kept in immaculate condition- this in itself spoke volumes about the professionalism of this estate agent. Highly recommend Frank Tallaridi! We purchased our first home from the developer through Frank. He was very easy to deal with, had excellent communication, gave us plenty of time to inspect properties, always kept us updated and always got back to us promptly, even after settlement when we had questions. Highly recommend Frank if you're looking for a selling agent, he treats potential buyers with respect and courtesy.  We just had one very bad experience with Paul Young and I would not recommend dealing with him at all. Ran into him at our complex, he treated me with disrespect and was very arrogant.

I have been a client of Century 21 Kellyville for the last 5 years as a tenant. Throughout this time, the property managers have been exemplary with their undoubted professionalism and dedication. Whenever an issue arose, they were on the task at hand in a timely manner and resolved the issue quickly and painlessly. Through the process of now moving interstate, Bryan has been a defining part of this process by going above and beyond helping out with references and polishing final details of moving out of the property. The communication and transparency have been such a relief to make this process just that little bit easier. I would recommend this agency to almost anyone who would want to have a team of professional, dedicated property managers to either look after their properties or rent through.

Amazingly quick response to any issues, had a locksmith fixing the front door within 90mins of reporting the issue.  Steve is always helpful and happy to take my call.
