Absolutely useless when it comes to their professionalism, I'm an ex-tenant and I'm happy for you guys to publicly shame me like the rest of the extremely accurate bad reviews so do your best.  Me and my partner had done nothing but make sure YOUR property was well maintained and up to scratch yet when we asked for a simple task to be completed we were left in the shadows. So many failed attempts at getting simple things around the house fixed up which were not our responsibility such as yards mowed upon moving in, a broken kitchen draw fixed and a water leak costing us, a young family to go without for weeks every time we called the office to get some sort of action we were told to email some random email address about our issue and wouldn't see a response for weeks, if at all, we've now moved to another house and real estate agency who have actually done us well yet we are now being told the house has not been left in the condition which we were handed the keys, which is slightly true as it is in better condition then it ever was. Threatening to withhold our bond money due to a bit of dust in a house we haven't occupied in over 2 weeks and some dirt in the grout of the tiles. My best advice for you guys is to wake the hell up before someone takes you to A Current Affair because if you watch the show, they THRIVE on dodgy land lords and this seems to be a feeding ground.

Consistently poor service. Very slow to respond to any form of communication. Missed deadlines. No systems of follow-up. Concealed the true extent of issues in a property which then became very expensive to fix. New property managers couldn't be more of a contrast, with fast and thorough systems and action taken, despite having to assist cleaning up a previous mess of a situation. Yes, I gave this lot too much time and too many chances.

Most of reviews here  is very unhappy customers. Mine is exactly same. Before you make contract they seems fine. After i put my holding deposit the way communication is completely changed. Also they took our bond without notice. Always tries to find excuses deduct from bond. Very slow hard to communicate. Not fair. I felt like i am scammed.

The day I left this review my husband was told off by the agent.  Two days later and we STILL don’t have our refund.  Maybe if they’re so concerned about poor reviews they should return the money they’re legally obliged to return.  Unfortunately it looks like we’re going to have to go to tribunal to get back what’s ours.  Quite disappointing that our bond and overpaid rent took well over a week to refund from the date the amounts were agreed.  I understand there was a staffing shortage, but we were not able to pay rent late when we were ill and if you're running a business, you need to be able to pay accounts when due not whenever you want. I've seen the hostile responses other poor reviews have received so I'm not expecting better to this one, but it's not ok to treat tenants and ex tenants this way.

Avoid at all costs!! I would much rather pay more to not have to deal with Tattersalls again!  From the start there was false advertising of property features assuring us there was a sauna in the complex when there was none & heavy mould issues that were not disclosed. We had water coming through our bedroom wall due to a building defect which caused serious mould issues throughout the apartment. We were told by tatersalls that it was our problem & we should just simply run heaters 24/7 in every bedroom out of our own pocket. Only after threatening to move out & go to fair trading did they admit that the previous tenants had the same problem of which was never rectified. They did a temporary fix, sealing around the windows which definitely didn't resolve the whole issue. They were also very slow to action some other repairs & quite unprofessional.  Save yourself money, tears & stress and steer clear of tattersalls!!

I transferred my property to Tattersalls after poor management from the previous agent who could not rent my unit out for 3 months. Rebecca did an amazing job coordinating trades people and was incredibly efficient. The team managed to find a tenant within 2 weeks after listing it. Job well done in the current market and a management fee of 4.4% is a bonus.

I had the worst experience giving my investment property for Tattersalls Real Estate to manage. Low property management fee is just the trap. No proper communication with the owner about the updates regarding the property. My tenant had run away from the property with one month rent due which I was notified but later I was told that they have returned. After that I did not receive any communications from them and I was under impression that since they have returned they have continued to stay in the property. Later when I noticed that I have not received any rent from my investment property for two months I called them and then I got informed that the tenant has left and the property has been in the market for past one month but still vacant. I am angry and upset that they have not communicated about this to me. If they have let me know that the property has been in market for past one month and still vacant and then we could have work something out such as bring the rent down but it seem that they do not care.  Later I changed the property manager and after that when I visited the property the previous tenant had left their belongings back at my property which I had to get removalist to remove it on my expense. I had to get professional cleaner to clean the property at my expense. I had to get the professional lawn mower. The post box at the front was completely tilted which I had to get it fixed. I am so surprised that when you give your property to the property manager you expect that they will be looking after the property and will keep the owner constant update which Tattersalls Real Estate have completely failed.  Lastly, I would recommend all new owner of investment property to think more than twice before giving them your hard earned property to manage. Please do not get trapped on low property management fee.

The services provided by  property management team at Tattersalls is outstanding! After with Tattersalls for more than two years I find they are very professional and they understand the market and the needs of us as landlords. Special thanks to Christine. Thank you for selecting tenants for me and renting the property out quickly. For property management I would highly recommend Tattersalls.
