Friendly service, went out of their way to assist with a interstate buyer for a low value car. Assisted the transport company I arranged, updated me along the way, serviced the car prior to pickup, cleaned and detailed it. Made the daunting task of buying a car 6000km away a breeze. Paying for the car and receiving the paper work was a simple process. Thank you Kurt and team 10/10
Had an issue with my Ranger. Service department told me it was a common Ford problem. Booked me in same day and fixed the problem. Highly recommend. Thanks Tim for your time and thank all your staff for there great service. Tony, TJM Wollongong.
OMG. What can I say. I had my Ranger towed to this place by Ford Road Side assist after breaking down 3000 klms from home. It took them 9 days to diagnose the problem. They reported that I would need a new engine. I asked for a quote. Another 3 days and they said there were no engines in Australia. After an hour on the internet I had found several new engines myself at a Ford spare parts place in Melbourne. I notified them and they refused to do the job. Don't waste your time with these guys. I highly recommend going to A one mechanical. They will give you much better service.
Spoke to Kurtis and ordered and placed a deposit on a car that was in-stock. I asked if it was okay that i was buying from interstate to which Kurtis said he would check with management and let me know. Told me it was fine and that the car was mine. Very happy to find the car I had been looking for. Received another phone call 2 days later from a female who's attitude was definitely not warm and friendly as their website suggests they are, who told me my order was being cancelled and deposit refunded because i am interstate. Felt like I was being laughed at. Perhaps a sign of mis-communication on their end, either way, would not shop here again due to the rollercoaster of emotions they put me through, and their lack of empathy upon the outcome.
Extremely poor service of new D-Max, they forgot to replace an oil seal that they removed! Also too busy to do update even though booked in weeks in advance.... Highly recommend Katherine dealership if you need anything done.
Had a ford ranger issue in Alice while caravaning WA to Darwin I went to centralian on the Thursday afternoon They squeezed me in Friday morning Excellent and fantastic service Greatly appreciated and highly recommended Thanks
Very helpful service people got a spare part out to us in Kings Canyon after we suffered a breakdown.
Had Suzuki Vitara serviced at Centralian Suzuki .Excellent service Thanks to Bianca for dropping us off at accommodation and pickup.
Great service and great value. Friendly and supportive staff
Easy check in plus efficient and organised services. My only negative is long wait for service bookings.I had to wait 17 days maybe that's normal in Alice. I am from the city SA
