Was 5 stars originally, until i have had to suffer the consequences of their standards. A service consists of oil and filter. Nothing else. No rotating tires, no alignment, nothing. Requested to look at why wheels are visually out of alignment, literally told "wheels out of alignment", no investigation as to why. Go elsewhere if you care about your safety
I would like to say after buying a new car from you and after 8 years of service our last service has left me disgusted with this company,van came back dented,no lighter or electric mirrors,glove box completly fell out after you guys checked the radio and to top it all off I get a call saying the.mechanics put the wrong oil in.absaloutly disgusted and extremely dissapointed what a let down this company has become.pull your dam heads in I would no longer recommend at all and that's so sad after 8 years
Very dissapointed with our experience here. Booked our car weeks in advance for a service, requested that our transmission also get a full service and an error code be investigated. Turn up today to be told that they hadn't ordered the kit for the transmission service and couldn't do it. Was informed car would be ready at 11.30. Phone call to inform that other works needed doing but, when we declined, they still hadn't finished the service, said they would be completed at 1pm. Changed our plans and turned up at 1 with 2 kids in tow. Still had not looked at issue originally requested and had to wait a further hour. Will never return and warn fellow travellers to avoid.
