my daughter took her very sick 1 year old here today. The dr checked her out and told my distraught daughter they are not equipped to look after her daughter. He said just keep up her fluids. My daughter asked him should I take her to hospital. He said if you like. Pathetic my daughter was crying and didn't know what to do. He was not helpful at all.nI told her to go to Warragul hospital. They were brilliant. Turned out she had temperature, her vitals were all high and she was dehydrated.nI dont know who the dr was that was on at about 2pm today but he was disgraceful. So disappointed, I thought this was a place to go to see if you needed hospital treatment to take pressure off the hospital. I call this place a massive disappointment. Would NEVER go there again.
An unashamed money conveyor. One doctor told me she doesn't have time to read patient notes prior to their visit. I found a clinic vastly superior and Central Clinic can't or won't transfer my patient file. Disgraceful.

I called priority care on my way to hospital as I wasn’t sure what to do. They said to come in and they will tell me. I came in with my 15 year old son limping on one leg and with an infection on the other foot that he didn’t tell us about. It was bad. We were sent for tests. We came back the next day after 3 doses of antibiotics and he was worse. We had our bags hospital, the dr said his CRP was 136 I told him I was worried about his pain, he was shuffling now. The dr said it was a sprained muscle, I questioned him because I didn’t agree how does a kid sprain a muscle when he’s been in bed for a few days, he can barely walk and Dr Srinadh Chepuri leant in close “Excuse me Kelly, it is IMPOSSIBLE for your son to have an infection on the right foot and pain in the left hip. They are not related take nurofen and I will see you on Monday.” I walked out not making another appointment and rushing my son to emergency at Warragul only hours later. He was then transferred to Dandenong, he has a rare infection in his muscle surrounding his pelvis caused by the staph infection from his untreated foot. It is not impossible Dr Srinadh Chepuri. Listen to a parents concern properly and don’t butt in making them question themself. This could have gone so much worse if I left it for the weekend. I don’t trust Priority Care and do not recommend it nor this Dr who suggests possible things are quote “impossible” For the Dr if he reads this Pyomyositis of the Iliacus muscle is the “Impossible infection” and “strained muscle”. Following on from that the infection in the muscle whose treatment was delayed by 48 hours thanks to incompetence, had also inflamed his bone and bowel. We are heading into our 7th night in hospital , he is still on IV antibiotics, he is still in pain when he walks. Your clinics are both in need of retraining, who sends a kid home 2 days in a row with an infection, high fever and presenting with a limp and pain in the hip.
Really annoyed at the fact that when making the appointment over the phone nothing was mentioned about paying a fee since the front of the building literally says bulk billing. After my appointment I was told I had to pay $85, when I questioned it and why it wasn’t mentioned to me at the time of checking in she responded with it’s up to the doctor. If I knew that I wouldn’t have made an appointment just for a bloody referral. Better communication about fees needs to be discussed. Won’t be returning
