Centennial Playground Paddington Gates

One of the nicest places in Sydeny. So many different areas giving different feelings, experiences and moods. Plus, heaps of places to take your dog off lead. Also, horse riding if you're into that type of thing!

Just to be very clear - there is no kids play ground in this location. It's a big grass area where you can do whatever you want, and a lot of dog owners use to play with their dogs with is great, but no slides or swings or anything like that!

Beautiful view and atmosphere. Not so crowded. Good place for family!!

Beautiful park with walking and biking trails, and plenty of areas to let dogs off lead.

Great area for a picnic and teaching kids how to ride. There is a decent sized playground for the kids and a cafe for the adults. Does get very busy on weekends. Can hire bikes here also but is a little expensive.

Both a playground for the youngest and one for the bigger kids. There are quite some different activities for the kids.

Erm… Google, we only walked past. However I do remember bringing my children here many, many moons ago and was taken by the lovely big swings. And it’s hard to beat Centennial Park as a setting for a kids playground.

Playground consists of two parts - one part is fenced and suitable for children from three years old. Other part perfect for smaller kids, but doesn't have any fence. Two year toddler can easily escape and run into active bike path.

Centennial park playground is a must see if you are a visitor from overseas or an Aussie as this park is unreal you will see beautiful birds horses people riding bikes and beautifully kept gardens and ducks a top place for a great picnic .All the toilets and rest rooms are modern and very clean .The park opens from sunrise to sunset. I think if u make the effort to check it out u will have fun and not be disappointed.
