It is a fantastic place to visit and bring the family. Very close to the Entertainment Quarter as well. Most of the parking in the park is free. Just make sure you check the signage before leaving your car parked anywhere in Centennial Park. Has a place to ride for adults and kids in the bike lane you can hire a bike if you need one as well, a place to walk with the family and friends on the footpath, and if your a horse person you can do this as well, ride a horse of course. You can also roller blade if your keen as well. Just make sure you check whats happening at the park, as they have lots of events and car free days, as long as you check before heading out you won't have any problems. If you need to find out something about the park they have a web site to keep you informed, or you can speak to the friendly rangers while onsite.

Nice place to spend the day. The road that loops within the park has a bike lane, and beside it a concrete walking path and another dirt path for horses. Bike hire, cafes and picnic tables. Sweeping green lawns, wooded areas and the occasional art installation. Swans, ducks and geese on the lake, amongst other local wildlife. Lots of people around on sunny weekend days. Moonlight cinema is also on at the northern part of the park around summer time.

Massive park that has a lot going on, from horses/ bikers/runners/ walkers going around the out skirts of the park. Unlimited amount of space to have a picnic. Enough grounds to play sports. Place is big enough to find a spot to sit in peace and quiet. If you need to find a public toilets they're in random spots spread apart, but once you find one, you will find others as you will know what to look for then. They're gardens, ponds & rocky terrain. Highly recommend to go on your own or as a group.

A recommended spot to visit for locals and tourists. Try the cafes for some quick lunch or enjoy a leisurely walk around the scenic grounds. There's plenty to do from bike hire to horse riding, picnicking to enjoying the many festivals held on the grounds.

Wonderful urban park! One of my favourite spots in Sydney to relax, have a nice walk or run, a ride (horse or bicycle), enjoy nature, bird watching, views, peaceful vibe and clean environment. Easy to forget you are in a big city ^_^
