Good service but the food is far from good.
Ok i ordered 1 dozen oysters and a garlic bread for a starter which ended up coming out at the same time as the mains which meant my mains were getting cold while we had the starters.
The Oysters them self were not even shucked and cold..
Steaks well I ordered a medium and I got a well to very well done..
So the manager which I must say was really good about it and replaced the main with a pasta meal but left my wife watching us eat then left us waiting for her. .
I sent a email to the manager who in reply really didn't give a rats arse about what went on.
So overall it's a very disappointing night with bad meals and followed up by bad management. .
Save your money and go else where..

P.S BIG FISH TAVERN you should try and follow Shauns tavern which we just had a meal at and the service was awesome and meals were HOT and cooked to how they should be and the starters were a starter not on top of the mains..

Best steak and mushroom sauce, best waffles..Amazing service. Great atmosphere. Just needs some exciting stuff outside like it used to before big fish tavern existed.

Well your meals are far from good. We were not even there on a busy night. 
Steaks were crap. Over cooked. Well and truely over cooked. The staff on the night were ok. But you dont go out to eat staff you go out to eat food. I wouldnt waste my time going back again. Plenty of other places to eat and get what you pay for.
