So I've read the previous 1 star reviews for this CBA in Eltham. One customer gave a 1 star review because of little disabled parking... and the other gave a 1 star review because CBA supports the Adani Coal Mine? Righto. I don't usually review establishments, but over the last couple of months I've had to head in a couple times to set up a temporary overdraft limit. Both times the staff have been amazingly professional and helpful. A+ 5 star service, definitely my preferred banking location.
I have always found the staff at Eltham really friendly and most helpful. I am unsure whether you should name names in a review so I won’t, but one lady there went above and beyond to be helpful and helped me very much to sort things out when I had a lot of difficulty dealing with my dear late mother’s estate a few years ago. She is still there. Very kind natured, professional and helpful. All the staff there are great at their jobs.

I dropped in to open a profile for a work credit card. I spoke to two staff members there and observed a few other staff interactions. The staff were so polite and friendly to me and everyone else that came in.
Was thinking of trying out your branch as all others have bad accessablility for myself and my Mother who are disabled, but upon investigation via google street view , i saw how utterly stupid the position of your branch is, there is no parking at the front or side of store, no safe place to get my mother even out of the car to drop her off. Up the road a way there is ONE!! i repeat one disabled parking space...what a joke.
it seems every time I visit the bank I get bank assistants that make mistakes because they do not listen to my requests. they have done what they think I asked. also, they have given out wrong information about my accounts, which has left me feeling cheated and disappointed with the service from a bank that I have been with all my life. it seems the bank assistants are full of their own interest and vanity. not happy.
Excellent service and understanding of our situation and future financial needs. Gave sound common sense advice. Took time to help set up mobile and computer access and very patient. This is why we changed banks. Thank you.
Horrible service, I went in to set it up my new bank account, i got debit card sent to my address but it never came. I waited for it for two weeks. Then I called up again and asked why it didn't come and they're said to ordered a new one and it still never came! very annoyed.
