Went in today to buy a juice. The only juice available were pop tops, there was a sign that said 6 for $7. Took them to the counter and she tried to charge us $15 I explained the sign and she argued with me rudely saying that it was only for the app. I then went back to the sign that didn’t mention the app at all. She then refused serving us for 5 mins while serving other people. Then she took my partner back to the sign and argued with him excessively. She then made him download the app and sign up. Then she again told us it was going to be $15 and laughed at us while we walked out.
Friendly service, love their slurpee's but the slush wasn't freezing this time. only had a few flavours available.
I hate going here but it's the closest one to me legit always get the stank eye from the clerk when I ain't even do nothingnGood snacks but
Dishonest and rude shop assistant. The girl made the mistake first and forgot to scan my membership again, made me lost in the fuel lock discount.nnWhen I pointed it out, she tried to accused me of not showing my membership card and not guiding her how to use the register, so it's all of my fault and she refused for any further help to the mistake.nnI have never been treated so rudely at any petrol station and will not be visiting 7 eleven Etham again. There are other brands who can provide good customer service in similar price, why should I choose to revisit 7 eleven to be insulted?
Went in and got a full tank of fuel and then couldn't use my locked price on the app.
