I am disappointed at the hypocrisy of the Commonwealth Bank. On one hand, the bank claims to support the Paris Accord; on the other hand, the bank continues to actively support the fossil fuel industry.

If Commbank's forthcoming Climate Policy does not place a severe limit on their support for dirty coal, and specifically rule out any support for Adani's Carmichael mine, then I will be taking my money in search of a more ethical investment.  I've banked with Commbank for over 60 years and it will be sad to part company.

The bank's increasing investment in renewables is the only thing that's stopping me from giving a one-star rating.

Always working. Is secure as it's next to the bank and has CCTV. Also accepts deposits of cheques and bank notes
