A woman directing traffic to one teller with a bank full of people.  A screen on the wall tells us our branch manager is there for us while the line continues to grow.  A crew of people just not interested.  The teller was just as contemptuous as the greeter.  35 mins to get served.  If you do want me to come in you win. What a joke.

A bank looking to make money off absolutely everything. An older lady was told that she would be charged $30 to assist her in moving money around her accounts. I felt sorry for her as she was about frazzled as what to do.

Staff at this branch are super helpful and kind! The customer service they provide is amazing!

I was assisted immediately when I entered the branch. Martin is a legend. Great customer service even though I was only updating my business address. The counter lady wasn’t so nice but I guess you need to be stern and slightly evil when you’re dealing with all sorts of people all day to protect your conscience.

Always perfect customer service from Martin the branch concierge who greets you at the door with a smile! He is so helpful and will either answer my enquiry himself or get another staff member to help. He is knowledgeable, efficient and caring- so professional in his role. Have never had problem with other staff there either and have been banking there for years!

I conld not believe that such a prestigious bank even didn't have enough cash for customers, even I wanna ordered! I said I wanna ordered and pick it tmr, the staff behind the counter said we can't give you that much we max is 10,000$ ??????? That's a big joker The male manager is very nice, he tried his best to figure it out. I will never make any deposit and any other business at this unprofessional branch.

As a new comer and Student in Australia, my sister has found Yasemin was not friendly and odd while assisting my sister. She was not well informed my sister after sent a text message so my sister can activate her app on the mobile, instead my sister have to ask her how to activate the app. My sister also forgot her Australian mobile number as she just had this number couple days ago, Yasemin questioning my sister why she didn’t remember her mobile with strange face mimic.  I found this very odd reaction from CBA customer service and I hope this not cause of my sister wearing her religion attributes.  As

I have been with CBA for 40 years. I have a commercial retail management background. I have never  met a more precise, personable or brand positive representative as Matin Kalinowski. This man is a true asset to the company. Check him out at the East Bentleigh branch. An old world service experience
