These guys are a bunch of absolute legends! For a company that predominantly deals with vehicles from the mines, they were incredibly accommodating to us, a couple travelling with a camper trailer. They squeezed us into their very busy schedule last minute with no trouble. The team showed amazing hospitality while we waiting for them to diagnose and fix the electrical problems in our trailer. After they thought and we thought the problem was fixed we went off for the night, planning to hit the road the next day. Just before we left we double checked everything worked, only to find out the problem hadn't been fixed. We called them up and they said to come over straight away to have another look. The problem was diagnosed, fixed a new issue, checked and triple checked before they let us leave again. Special shout out to Justin for looking after our car and trailer and fixing both issues like a champ, and to Ricky for looking after us so well and giving us awesome travel tips. Thank you so much! We've now driven several hundred kms with no troubles whatsoever, everything's working like dream, and all for a very fair price. Can't rave enough about these guys, they rock!
The company is a joke. They are basically a labour hire mob who throws numbers at it hoping to get the jackpot.... numerous Safty incidents swept under the massive Persian rug... they have no co cern for doing the right thing or doIng it right and deflect blame once caught out.... they have no integrity and the workmanship is dodgy to say the least....a bunch of bullies who who have no integrity or balls....
I went though Mt Isa on my motorcycle on my 8000km trip. I needed about a 1/4 of oil for my chain oiler. Which is probably not the usual work this well equipped business provides. No problems, all too helpful and friendly.
Blatant rip off. Doubled quoted charge, couldn't explain why. Rude and arrogant service. Would NEVER recommend , and would NEVER return. Had to give one star- because I had too. Wouldn't have otherwise!!
I wouldn't go there I've just had some auto electrical Work done on my car I feel like my car has been a training module for apprentices they broke things on my car and didn't wire things up properly to the point that the things they installed weren't working properly I've taken my car to 2 other auto electricians in town and they both have told me it's incorrect I'm still in the process of having it fixed
