Rear Tyre on camper trailer was leaking, stopped in at Beaurepairs Mount Isa unannounced on the 16th of August 2021. The crew repaired it immediately about 30 minutes work, found a screw had penetrated all the way through which was why I couldn’t find the hole. Charged a very reasonable $35, refitted the wheel and sent us on our way. Thanks, Will and Jenny, Mandurah WA.
Despite being run off their feet and understaffed, they did a top notch job on getting new rubber on my vehicle. They also did it in reasonable time which was not expected as I knew they were very busy. No complaints from me and I'll be back constantly. Great work team.

Traveling across from Townsville, stopped for an overnight at Mary Kathleen and had a Tyre have let go, called Baeurepaires and they were so helpful and asked me to call in early today, arrived early and had the wheel fixed straight up. We came in from out of town and had to get a tyre replaced. Ray served us at the desk and she was fantastic! She was in training but had exceptional customer service - she informed us of the exact process; she was up front and honest about the work that needed to be done and sought help for any information she didn’t know; and, she was extremely helpful and caring while we waited! Great price for a tyre repair and wheel alignment and would definitely recommend for any tyre work in Isa.
Danielle was absolutely brilliant. Didn't have what we needed and knew that it was a matter of urgency so sourced the tyres from a competitor, that is what good customer service is all about. Thank you Danielle, you saved the day for us, very friendly and professional in every way.
