Your internal review is a joke! I parked in a bus zone at work after being directed to by traffic controllers on site as there were no buses running and I needed to drop off gear! Your reply was vehicles in bud zones create problems for bus drivers? There were no buses running!!! And then to finish with you can only ask for one review.. why even have it? It’s clearly just a way for the council to raise revenue and scam money off of hard working people and claim they give a fair chance your council Is disgusting! If they had of actually got out of their car and talked to the traffic controllers instead of taking a photo from a distance this could have been avoided.
Maintenance requests fall on deaf ears. Two month and counting. Multiple phone calls result in more promises and nothing is done. Great to see your rate money at work!
Many meeting rooms, large hall and adequate parking. 8am-5.30pm M-F, but call ahead to check that staff are on site and not wfh
Unsealed road, kitmont st murrumbeena,potholes everywhere,getting bigger and bigger. our cars all dirty,sooner or later someone will get injured. Dangerous,Glen eira c.c quick fix approx.3 months ago ,lasted 2 days
The Glen Eira Council need to update this website as well as the Facebook page. Totally out of date! Yet the on hold phone message says to refer to the Facebook page for all current events?? Most amusing....
So much happier to come in Glen Eira council area from Monash. Peoples council, roads & parks are looked after, garbage pickup is at your convenience and most importantly side by side developments are such a convenience when it comes to living and having you own frontyard without sacrificing your land for shared driveway.
So disappointed, you will never receive an email reply from them. is there anyone actually working in rates department?

Dont provide enough parking, and punish you for it.
