Was on Holiday and we came by this place late in the evening. Though they list that it closes at 8:30pm but the owner was still open past that! Had a great time and the food was good! For a single person on shift really respect how much effort goes into the preparation and service with a smile. Keep at it and we’ll definitely be back!

This is perhaps the worst place I've had the displeasure of eating from. The owner was extremely rude to his staff, shouting and swearing at them infront of customer's, but worse still was that when an older lady asked when her food would be ready 45min wait he shouted and swore at her. It was despicable behaviour. I just ordered chips to go and they were pretty terrible, some cooked, others quite hard the remainder were just floppy and tasteless. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for decent food as well as service.

Sunny is amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The best customer service and he was happy to cater to special dietary requirements. My family was there for an event that finished late and Sunny offered to stay open later to accomodate this. We ordered a few different things and the food was all amazing. The place is very relaxed, stress-free and kid friendly. Bonus for being fully licensed so we could have a drink with our food. Thank you Sunny, you absolute legend! It was so nice meeting you :

The owner was friendly, however he was by himself on a Friday night and so the wait times were very long. Would have preferred to be told when we ordered that we would be waiting 30+ minutes for our food. The grilled cod was great, but the crumbed was overcooked. Chips were decent. I would go here again but not if only one person was working I hadn't realised this was the case until after we had ordered. Dietary restrictions: The grilled fish and chips are suitable for low FODMAP.

The best burgers in town... the best Fish n Chips... grab a Fish Chips n Corona for $15.50 only. Best Calamari in Australia. Dine in or Takeaway... Any beer or wine for only $6, RTDs for $8... Fry Fish Chaiser or Fresh Goat Curry n Rice... Parking: Free 3 hrs parking at Oasis Woolies

Absolutely appalling service. Friend had to catch a flight so we asked for a refund as we had already been waiting almost an hour. Was refused a refund. Had a couple who spoke o us told us they had waited over an hour for there food and they told us to get our money and go because it was terrible food. The owner yelled at me in front of other customers when I said we had to leave otherwise our friend would miss her flight. We ended up letting him keep our money because we did not want to eat the food because he was such a nasty person. Go to urban fish market instead!50 meters down the street Such better customer service!

$1 for chicken salt , $1.50 for a sachet of sauce. 30 minute wait for 1 fish basket. You receive 2 prawns, small handful of chips, 4 fish bites, and 1.5 calamari ring. We bought our own sauce bottles from Woolies, the table next to us has done the same. There are 3 people that were here before us and have obviously been waiting longer, visibly irritated. Extremely rude stuff and incredibly slow cook. Don’t even bother going honestly, waste of time.

all I can say is FERAL. I had my friends and fam visit this place today & heard that they copped abuse & no refund when asked due to over a 40 minute wait on a small order as well as the terrible customer service received. We are not people to usually leave a google review, but this place was so terrible that we want to make people aware before they go here!! My friend was in a rush to catch a flight & regrets the choice of restaurant chosen due to the disgusting behaviour shown by the worker as well as not even getting the food they waited & paid for. Thanks to their experience I will NEVER be visiting this restaurant EVER! Learn how to run a business and have better customer service, or find a new career “caught and cooked”… more like “feisty and feral.” Hope this helps others

I was introduced to this little gem by friends living in the area. It's good food and bang for your bucks. We arrived in a group of 10 or so and all served as quickly as expected for the one man whizz behind the counter. Tasty burgers snd beverages. Fresh fish for batter. I'll gladly return.Food: 4/5

Tried to buy some food was told that it would be a 20min wait. After 40min my food was not even close to being cooked. At this pointed I requested a refund because he still had at least 15 orders ahead of mine and I realised that hygiene was not a high priority. The owner was not wearing gloves and his help was also not wearing gloves and was the one handling money, the register, the eftpos machine and food. I was denied a refund because I had paid by eftpos. Owner was blatantly rude, dismissive and quite frankly it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After trying to wait until I had my refund I ended up having leave because my child was still needing to have dinner and it was getting late. This business owner is a thief and rude.
