Update : i finally got my decent soft serve today!! They knew that I've been a good girl for cutting all my sugar the whole week. _______________________________________________ To be honest, what do you expect from 75¢ soft serve.. mine looks really sad and the other one had hole at the bottom of the cone. But again, what do I expect really. Maybe they know that i need to cut my sugar intake right away

Waited in drive through for 13 minutes All to get 1 tether of lettuce on a burger. If you are to have a fast food franchise at least honour the standard displayed for sale. Utterly pathetic service and product, why should patrons accept this standard of food quality.

US vs Australia McDonalds…menu is identical however; AUS medium size meal really is the exact size of a US kids meal! I was shocked. Also there is NO RANCH in Australia. Almost everywhere I went has never heard of such thing. Also tomato sauce is ketchup! And aioli is served for your dipping sauce. Sweet and sour in AUS is also spicy hot almost. But everything else is the same. Weird fact: Aussies call McDonalds for short MACCAS! Still trying to see that one as a short name?! the reason for 3 stars is that every McDonalds we went to was just filthy. To where people threw the trash on the ground next to the garbage can. The trash was over full. Floors were just black. I needed a seat cover to sit down. And the staff everywhere is just very lazy. Down to not willing to shut off the fryer alarm as they stated it will just go off again? Um…ok! At the end of the day most of the employees are kids. So I understand to a point.

Best McDonald’s experience ever!!! The young man who served us I believe he said his name was Fletcher had incredible customer service, catering to our personal needs. He was very helpful and kind! The other girl who spoke to us we didn’t get her name was also very kind and helpful. Thank you Broadbeach for training your staff so well!!

Food was good and served quickly, restaurant could do with someone who knows how to clean going over it. The mop bucket and really dirty, was used over the whole floor and it really smelt bad. Toilets were pretty disgusting, walked in and walked back out and drove to public toilets at the beach that were alot cleaner.Food: 3/5

Doesn't even deserve 1 star, every time I go there the staff are so arrogant. No customer service skills whatsoever. To top it off, they served me a thickshake that tastes like off milk. Still not as bad as the staff attitudes. A thank you and goodnight goes a long way instead of passing your order out the window and ignoring your customers. Pick up your game.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s on the coast, food here is never on point, they always “forget” something. Management and staff have NO customer service skills at all. Especially the young male manager. They are not doing the owner any favours with the way they deal with customers. Front of house staff need to be thought how to greet people and look up. Absolutely woeful place.

I ordered something containing chicken from here the other evening… BIG MISTAKE! I ended up with extreme food poisoning and vomiting violently for 5 hours straight. I had a fever which was through the roof and have never been so sick in my life!! I still haven’t been able to stomach anything since. Very disappointing, as this is my local maccas and I usually wouldn’t have any problems here. Staff need to be extremely careful when handling/cooking chicken, as I was bed ridden for two days.

Drive through always forget sauces THAT YOU PAY FOR, then refuse to supply them when you go back to ask for them. Yelled at by the banchee with the head phones. Disgusting customer service. Ask for fresh food explaining we're prepared to wait for it,only to be abused by the shrieker on the headphones. Visited almost daily around 1pm for months after finishing work at midnight. Never again.

Take away 3 times on a holiday. Order was wrong three times. When I had to get out of my car and go in to fix order it was an inconvenience for them Thay they got my order wrong.
