The location is nice under the trees but the quality of food and portion size is despicable. Pictured we have eggs on toast with spinach and mushrooms added for $3.50 each. For $3.50 you would expect way more than four individual buttercup mushrooms and about ten pieces of baby spinach. The halloumi and mushroom sourdough was inedible, the halloumi looks like it’s bought from a packet pre-frozen at Aldi. Again... four pieces of mushroom. This place needs to improve their quality of food and portion size. I will say the staff were friendly, so I’ve added an extra star to their rating.

Best chill out spot in Balmain. Lovely and cool in the shady front garden. Great coffee, really reasonable prices and a Friday $10 lunch menu which is just absurdly cheap. The music is just the right volume to allow conversation and is always pretty fun. Brekky with the berocca, a hammock strung between trees and gentle music is perfect for getting going or recovering the morning after

One of my favourite eateries on Darling St. delicious coffee and drinks, and a good section of food. I always get the Arabian Eggs, amazing!

This is our favorite cafe in Balmain. Friendly, super helpful staff. Great for kids and dogs. Great food. Best coffee in 2041. Awesome outdoor courtyard. Beautiful indoor fireplace during winter. Can't say enough good things! Just love it.

Great place for a peaceful and delicious lunch! The deck at the front is a delightful place to sit and relax and enjoy the tasty and wholesome food yesterday I had the Mexican chickpea and corn salad which was not only scrumptious but definitely the healthiest thing I have eaten this year - and probably last year as well! Good coffee too and friendly service. Addendum March 2019 - Service has gone downhill! On arrival and seating myself was ignored for 10 minutes. After finally securing a menu, there was NOTHING Vegan on it so I left unnoticed and disappointed.

A lovely spot to sit on a fine day, up high overlooking the main drag. Service was friendly, wifi was fast, food was decent.

The only cafe in sydney that really cares about what they are offering to the customers. From their coffee including smiley service and food absolutely worth it. There menus and coffee price is much cheaper than other cafes around in balmain including their iced latte for $4. Sticky chai to die for yumm
