Did you actually concern about customer you guys didn’t even bother come to see I have a proof video to show to everyone. It doesn’t not change the fact that you guys very rude and attitudes and the lady even ask why am I still in the motel if I have an issue so I immediately had to leave the room as being a new to the town and it’s night time very bad manner. It’s requested to the owner teach the receptionist to be respectful and have some manners to speak with customers. The website i booked they already refunded us whatever amount they have taken and look at you guys didn’t even apologise for it. So don’t show that you have good customer service I have been to around 10-15 and maybe more hotels around Melbourne I’m always travelling. This is very first time ever seeing these type of hotels.
Disappointing stay – Room amenities like the microwave, TV, and power outlets didn’t work, and the property owner refused to fix or move me to a different room. Had to leave early. Not recommended.
Stayed for a week from 27/12/23-02/01/24 and enjoyed it. Peaceful and clean. Beds are comfy, shower is red hot straight away and with great water pressure. I didn't use the pool but noticed others using it daily and having fun, so it must not be bad. The owner was very nice asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything if he saw us.
Basic motel just out of Castlemaine. A bit dated. Room lighting is very poor. Bed comfortable. Very noisy in morning as unit faces directly on to highway with no fence or shrubbery to block noise. Small table to work on but no powerpoint near it to plug in a laptop.nA good 10 minute walk into town if you're looking for a meal.
Rooms are very good, much better than it looked from outside. Easy walking distance to the town centre.
